Her expertise in renovation drawings, concept development and space planning makes her Flow’s “Design Maven”, regularly offering advice on technical details to the rest of the team. A nature lover, when Nicole isn’t on a beach or hiking a forest, she spends her quiet time painting and drawing. Her passion for shopping, cooking and baking is only paralleled by her love of cute, fluffy animals, especially cats.

Chelsea Hoehn

Home Staging Manager

Working in the home improvement field for over 10 years, Chelsea Hoehn has done a little bit of everything.

A certified upholsterer, she has worked as an interior painter, wallpaper installer, landscaper, and organizer as well as refinishing furniture. The “Miss Fix-It” of the Flow Team, Chelsea’s expertise in refurbishing coupled with a passion for “reduce/reuse/recycle” comes in handy when repairing staging inventory, or simply giving an older piece new life. Family and friends are especially important to Chelsea, and her personal time is spent hiking in the wilderness, biking all over the city and playing sports.

Sarah Hay

Graduating from BCIT’s interior design program in 2010 after many years in the corporate world, Sarah has found her niche in home staging. Her background lies in retail sales, administration and purchasing, and she also worked on her own as an interior designer before joining Flow. An avid runner, Sarah also keeps busy with yoga, snowboarding, and the multiple activities of her teen daughter. Sarah often travels to the Okanagan and the Bahamas, where she visits extended family, and spends as much time in the water as humanly possible. Her infectious giggle and vivacious personality make her the Flow Team’s “Sunshine”.

Elisa Fox

Junior Designer

An integral part of the team, our “Junior Miss” Elisa has tackled both home staging and interior design duties at Flow. Joining us in 2015 after working at a home staging company in London, England, Elisa brings a uniquely European style to everything she does. A graduate of the interior design program at BCIT, she gained experience not only in London, but also in offering design services on her own time and interning with another staging company before finding her place here at Flow. An avid trend-watcher, her finger is always on the pulse of the hottest new looks in design and décor, a huge asset in her role as junior designer. Elisa loves spending time with her friends and family, especially in the great outdoors, and can be found most weekends snuggling up to her adorable dachshund, Gavin.

Spencer supports the team in every avenue. With a background in kinesiology and a naturally laid-back temperament, it’s little surprise that Spencer is also a registered yoga instructor, spending off hours in the yoga studio, hiking, playing volleyball and tennis. A calming influence in the office, our “Sensei” really is our go-to teammate when any of us need an extra helping hand.
