We simply bring in a few finishing touches in order to elevate the existing furnishings and decor, in order to appeal to a larger number of potential buyers. A partial staging usually entails moving furniture around and removing extraneous items, in order to make rooms look as spacious and inviting as possible.

This North Vancouver property is a perfect example of how partial staging can help sell a home! Most of the homeowner’s own furniture was used, and Flow’s junior designer Elisa brought in art and accessories to liven things up after rearranging the furniture to best suit the size and shape of each room.
