This lovely property was put on the market twice last year, with price reductions while listed, but it didn’t sell. Realtor Sayo Nickerson advised the owners to invest in new flooring and new appliances for the kitchen and to stage the property before listing it again. Total investment for the minor renovations and staging came to just under $10,000. The property was on the market for only two days – which included an open house – and had 4 immediate offers.
