Seeing the Potential: Helping Realtors Turn Prospects into Happy Homeowners

There’s nothing quite like hearing a success story that underscores our mission: to help create beautiful living spaces for everyone. Because, truly, we believe that everyone deserves a home they love!
Recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with realtor Sam Wyatt on a condo his client was considering buying. Sam’s client was finding it difficult to envision his life in the property as it often can be difficult to see the potential of space and with the existing owners’ furniture in place. That’s where we stepped in.
We dove into discussions about space planning, explored various furniture options, and proposed a potential layout for each room. It’s amazing what a fresh perspective and a thoughtful plan can do! By helping the client visualize the possibilities, he could suddenly picture himself living there, recognizing the untapped potential the condo held.
The result? The condo sold to this very happy individual! And for us at Flow, it’s a deeply rewarding experience to know we played a part in that.
We genuinely enjoy partnering with realtors and providing them with a valuable service. Our extensive experience – over 17 years in the home staging and design world – has equipped us with the tools and insights necessary to ensure their clients ultimately find themselves in a beautiful home.
It’s a sentiment we hear time and time again. Over the years, countless clients who hired us to stage their house for sale have remarked how they wished they had engaged our services while they were still living there! We have a knack for transforming spaces, making significant improvements in functionality and aesthetics simply through thoughtful furniture selection and placement.
At Flow, our core belief remains steadfast: everyone deserves a beautiful home. And we’re passionate about making that vision a reality, one space at a time.
” I had used Isabelle’s staging services for years and when she branched out into design and furniture procurement I immediately referred her to a client. We were looking at a high end condo but had some concerns about how to make a smaller living space work well. Isabelle came in for an initial consultation prior to writing an offer. She created a preliminary plan that gave my client confidence to move forward. Isabelle planned and procured all the furnishings and artwork, coordinated delivery and installed all of the furnishings. My client was very pleased both with the work itself and the experience of working with Isabelle. Thank you for your service!”

We chose a harmonious palette of beige, charcoal, and green, which brought a sense of warmth and understated elegance to the outdoor areas.
The design thoughtfully created several distinct lounging spots, conveniently located near the guest bedroom, the primary bedroom, and the main dining area. Being a corner unit, the owner enjoys lovely views, including Granville Island and English Bay – a perfect spot to watch the fireworks!
Ultimately, we believe that outdoor spaces, no matter their size, are an integral part of the home and should be designed with care to maximize their enjoyment. We hope this glimpse into our Vancouver House project inspires you as you consider your own outdoor spaces
